Our Product Image and Specification Disclaimer

We work closely with our vendors and strive to be 100% certain of all product colors, dimensions, and measurements. Notwithstanding however, specifications on our site may not reflect accurately as the manufacturer can change the specs at any time without notice. Please be aware that colors may appear slightly differently on different displays and screens. The shade of color from screen to screen is not a fault or error. We have made every effort to display our products as accurately and will continue to do so. 

In some cases, the products we offer for sale are hand-made or made from natural or organic materials, and there may be small variations between the product image(s) and the product you receive. This will always be stated on the individual product listing.

Any questions related to color, dimensions or specifications must be discussed prior to placing your order. If not fully addressed, TM Tables will not be held responsible. If there are things you are unclear about or have any questions, please be sure to ask one of our representatives for assistance. Do not hesitate to call us! Unfortunately, on some occasions, it is possible that our website will contain errors and we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time, including after you have placed an order. We aim to update our website regularly and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our website, or close it indefinitely. We will use reasonable measures to ensure our website contains accurate information and content, however, we reserve the right to update our website as soon as an inaccuracy or error is brought to our attention.

Are The Colors Shown In Photos Accurate?

We aim to present the color and texture of each product as accurately as possible. All photos on our website are taken by professional photographers with lighting conditions that reflect residential settings. How these photos are displayed on individual screens may vary.

I’m New To This Website And I’m Concerned About Submitting My Credit Card Information Online. Is It Safe To Place An Order On Your Site?

Yes, submitting your credit information on our website is safe. All information inputted into our website is encrypted and we will do our best to protect its security in our systems. Specifically, every web page on our site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, which makes all information inputted unreadable should anyone try to intercept it.

Do You Charge Sales Tax?

Aside from any shipping costs, your order may be subject to sales taxes. We are required to charge these based on specific state and local tax rates.

Where Do You Ship?

TM Tables ships to street addresses in the contiguous U.S. Sorry, but standard shipping/curbside delivery and white-glove delivery is not available for Alaska or Hawaii. 

Because most of our products are shipped via FedEx, UPS and freight carriers, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship to U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico and Guam.

What is TM Table’s Insurance Policy?

TM Table packages are insured directly by the shippers.

Do You Provide Assembly Instructions?

Our larger pieces offer white glove delivery and assembly as an option. However, if the assembly instructions are not found on the product page, please reach out to us via phone, email, or live chat and we would be happy to send them to you directly.

How Do I Check The Status Of My Order? 

You can check the status of your order by entering your order details on the Order Status page.

Click on the order number and you will see the order status in the top right corner. If you do not know your order number, you can locate it by looking at your order confirmation email.

How Can I Track My Package?

You can track your order by visiting the Order History section in My Account and clicking on the order number. If you do not know your order number, you can locate it by looking at your order confirmation email.

Once a shipping label has been created for your order, you will find the tracking number underneath the Tracking section. 

Why Does The Shipping Get Charged If I Decide To Return My Item(s)?

Please note, if an item has been shipped and received by you, under no circumstance will the delivery fee be refunded. We pay the delivery company and hence, the service has been performed and is non-refundable.

Can I Add Items To An Existing Order?

Unfortunately, you can’t add items to existing orders. If you would like to add new items to an order you will need to place a new order on our site.

Where Can I See My Previous Orders?

Your previous orders are available in your Order History.

I Received An Incomplete Order

Different items within your order may ship at different shipping times and or from different locations in order to expedite delivery and provide you with the best and most efficient service.

If you are missing an item first log in to your account to verify that all items on your order have shipped. If you need to notify us of a missing item from your order, please contact us.
