ORDER CONFIRMATION & SHIPPING

Once we receive your order, we will send a confirmation email and process the order by confirming it is in stock and ready for shipment. 

Please allow 2-5 days for processing your order, excludes weekends and holidays.

If any of the items in your order are on backorder, we will reach out to you via e-mail or phone and you may choose to either wait or receive a full refund.

This delivery will be scheduled through freight services and can take anywhere between two to five weeks delivery time. However, if it is a white glove delivery which requires an appointment, this may take anywhere from three to six weeks.

RETURNS

The return period for American Eagle products is 7 days of the delivery received date and will only be allowed upon the assignment of an authorization number.  The standard restocking fee of 20% will apply for all American Eagle cancellations or returned merchandise.
