Once we receive your order, we will send a confirmation email and process the order by confirming it is in stock and ready for shipment. 

Please allow 2-5 days for processing your order, excludes weekends and holidays.

If any of the items in your order are on backorder, we will reach out to you via e-mail or phone and you may choose to either wait or receive a full refund.

This delivery will be scheduled through freight services and can take anywhere between two to five weeks delivery time. However, if it is a white glove delivery which requires an appointment, this may take anywhere from three to six weeks.

RETURNS

The return period for Alpine products is 30 days and will only be allowed upon the assignment of an authorization number.  The standard restocking fee of 20% will apply for all Alpine cancellations or returned merchandise.  Please ensure that any questions or additional information needed prior to finalizing your purchase is answered by our dedicated customer care team by contacting us via email at support@tmtables.com or through our contact form.
